Personal History
Mary Anne has lived her entire life in California. Having lived in both Southern and Northern California, she prefers Northern.
She has traveled to: Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Monaco, France and Mexico and 26 of the fine states of America. She hopes now that she and her husband are empty nesters that this list gets a chance to grow!
Married to Judson LaHaye, Mary Anne is the proud mother of two wonderful adult children; Christina (graduate of Pepperdine University) lives in Walnut Creek and Nicholas, a senior at De La Salle High School, is off to Chapman University.
Mary Anne, as the youngest of six children, loves to keep family traditions alive. Holidays are by far the favorite with games, food and laughter for all. Anyone who knows Mary Anne knows her passion is defined in one word “FAMILY”. It is truly the light of her life.

I work every weekday from 9am to 6pm and nights and weekends as needed. If we are in the midst of a negotiation under contract then I am available evenings and weekends as well. Generally, I will return your phone calls within 2 hours. If I don’t respond within 2 hours, it means that I am with a client like you and I ask all to be patient and respectful. I will get back to you.
If you call me after 6pm, I will return the call the next morning. I ask that you return my calls or emails also within 24 hours.
My primary responsibility is to serve your best interests by educating, advising you and being the liaison to the buyer and the buyer’s agent. You will be the decision maker. I will make sure that you are fully informed through regular updates. There may be occasions when there are bumps in the road. That is normal.
